Ingredients
Method
- In a medium bowl, add the peanut butter, the butter, and the vanilla. Use a hand mixer and mix on medium to high speed until completely mixed and smooth. (About 1 minute to finish.)
- Once the mixture is smooth, lower the speed to add the mixture of powdered sugar, the crushed up graham crackers , and the 1/2 cup of the crushed Butterfinger. Mix for about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until fully combined.
- Next, 1 tablespoon of the mixture and scoop it up with a cookie scoop and roll it into a ball. Place the ball onto a baking sheet. Do this until the entire mixture is out of the bowl. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill. This is required.
- Next to prepare the baking sheet, melt the 8 ounces of the supposed “almond bark” in a bowl that is microwave safe. Take out the bowl every 45 seconds to stir until smooth and then do 30 seconds.
- The next step is to take the balls that have been chilled and dip them into the fully melted almond bark and then place them back onto the baking sheet.
- Melt the 2 ounces of the “almond bark” (the extra 2 ounces) and drizzle the melted almond bark onto the tops of the balls.
- Next, take the Butterfinger candy and crush it up. This will be the last step before the balls are left to chill in the refrigerator before serving and sprinkle it over the drizzle that is on the balls.
- Even when the balls are fully finished, they must still chill in the refrigerator.

Step by Step Instructions (Beginner Friendly!)
The process is very easy, however, let me guide you as though you are doing this with me in the actual kitchen.
Step 1: Start with the creamy mixture.
Place the creamy peanut butter, softened salted butter, and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl, licensed with the use of a hand heater, and beat at a medium/high pace for around 1minute, untill the mixture becomes cloudy and has a soft and fluffy consistency. This is a crucial stage in the process, as it will determine the consistency of your filling.

Step 2: Incorporate the dry mixture.
Press down your mixing and switch it to the medium lower level. Now add the icing sugar, graham cracker crumb, and 1/2 of the crushed butterfinger candy.
Let it mix for about 1 and half to 2 minutes, and everything must be fully blended. The mixture must also resemble to be thick and sour, but when you compress it, it should stick to your hands.

Step 3: Naturally, to good results.
Baking sheets are lined with a special parchment paper that is used to prevent the paper from sticking to the sheet. Cleanup is easier as well.
Step 4: Portioning
For the mixture, you will require a 1 table spoon, you can do a heaping table spoon, for bigger candy balls.
Using the palms of your hands, shape the mixture into balls and set them on the lined baking sheet. Keep going until the mixture runs out.

Step 5: Chill the balls
Now, the baking sheet needs to go in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Chilling the mixture is necessary to help firm up the peanut butter mixture. If this step is skipped, the balls may fall apart during the dipping process.
Step 6: It’s time to melt the chocolate coating
Place 8 ounces of chocolate almond bark into a microwaveable bowl.
Microwave the chocolate for 45 seconds. Then, stir. After that, microwave it again in 30-second intervals, stirring and checking after every interval until it is melted and smooth.
Go slowly here. If the chocolate is overheated, it will become thick and grainy.

Step 7: Dip the chilled balls
Take the tray out of the fridge. One at a time, dip the balls into the melted almond bark and roll them around until they are fully coated.
Using a dipping tool, gently place the coated ball to the side of the bowl so that chocolate can drip off. Place it on the prepared parchment paper.
Continue this process until all the balls have been dipped.
Step 8: Chocolate drizzle
Next, melt the last two ounces of almond bark in a small bowl. Do this in 30-second intervals in the microwave, and be sure to stir in between each interval.
Then, use a spoon, a fork, or a piping bag with a small opening to drizzle chocolate across the tops.
Step 9: Top with Butterfingers
While the drizzle is still soft, add extra Butterfinger crumbs. This will make them look extra fancy and will add a little more crunch.
Step 10: Let them set
Refrigerate to let them set. They will become perfect chocolate peanut butter balls once chilled.
